i woke up @ 11:30am today and went to meet my younger sis at 12+ and treated her lunch at V8..well..haven been there fer a long time le..she ordered fish & chips while i got myself the grilled chicken wif mushroom sauce over it..so yummy..can't wait to go there again soon! haha..
After lunch, we went to shop ard and went to supermarket just to buy yoghurt..dunno y recently i have a craving fer yoghurt..Perhaps that's my new eating habit..replacing snacks wif yoghurt or fruits..that's a way to prevent me from gaining weight bah..hees..had my weight taken last fri when i went fer gym wif sm and anna..gladly i've not gained any weight yet sadly i have not lost any weight..though i have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 18.7 (Healthy range), my desirable weight is 45.5kg and waistline of 25":P
But fer now i've got to lose some weight to 46kg first..hees..It seems like EXERCISE is one of the best way to weight loss..the other ways i know of is eating less of fatty and oily foods, not to overeat and i need not eat till i'm 100% full..i can stop as long as i feel that i'm 70% full..dunno how to measure how many % full but juz agar-agar lor..hehe..there's a new tip that i've learnt from the net is "Eating slowly can lead to weight loss"!!
