Went fer NIDEC BRILLIANT interview this morning
with Elaine's company
Luckily Nidec wasn't as ulu as we thought
it's located somewhere near the Loyang Temple
Somehow I wasn't nervous fer the interview
as compared to the one at Raffles Medical
perhaps it's becos I wasn't giving myself pressure
However I still showed some ENTHUSIASM and CONFIDENCE
and my interview went on pretty smoothly..
PHEW!
Not long, I was HIRED!
Oh yeah! =D
3 mths probation and 1 yr bond.
Afterwhich both the Finance Manager and interviewer
briefed mi on the job-scope
and emphasised on PUNCTUALITY, DISCIPLINE and COMMITMENT
Nidec being a Japanese company
expects these 3 key aspects from its employees
Punctuality
Be it 1 min or 10 mins late
it's still late
and Nidec cannot tolerate employees being late fer work
Hence I've to reach there 0745
since the working hrs is 0800-1730
Discipline
Hmm..this shouldn't be an issue.
Commitment
Well..this is my biggest worry
I don't mind working long hours
but I'm afraid of making mistakes
and not meeting deadlines
Hope I'll focus and do my best in every given tasks!
Will be starting work next monday
and I've decided to commit myself at work
career is my top priority now
just wanna work and keep myself busy
before my mind wanders off
to somewhere else again
therefore relationship (if any) would have to put on hold
after my 3 mths probation at Nidec
